Unable to Signup because I do not have Mobile Phone

If you do not have a mobile phone number (only VOIP or landline), please contact support@bitwage.com. We can put your phone number on a white list to allow signup from a VOIP or landline.

I was able to sign-up with BitWage years ago with a VoIP number, but now I can’t receive SMS codes from them to it (cf. this thread).
