Contractors and Employees with Regular Wages

After you are approved by Bitwage complete the following to make sure your first payroll will be fulfilled successfully and timely:

1. Give Bitwage Bank Information to your employer or client.

Follow this tutorial to find Bitwage Bank information.

If your employer is using a payroll provider, go to your payroll provider portal to input the information, otherwise give to your HR manager.

Learn about splitting your wage between multiple distributions here.

2. Specify your distribution method.

A. First follow this tutorial to find where to change your distributions.

B. Then look at this page for information on the available distribution methods:

3. Verify payroll deposit on your usual Payroll Date (optional).

On your payroll date, if you know the amount you are expecting Bitwage to receive, use this tool to see if your deposit has arrived at Bitwage and is scheduled for the next day. You can also create a deposit claim if you don't know the exact date it will arrive.

Contact Bitwage support if you don't know the amount you are expecting but you want to verify Bitwage has received it.

4. Expect your Bitwage payroll on the same or next banking business day after it would normally arrive in your bank account.

If your employer does not change, your subsequent payrolls from this employer should work without you needing to monitor deposits.
